3-MONTH ROLLING SUBSCRIPTION
Being part of The Blow Dry Club gives you unlimited wash and blow-dries at Salon Nine, Haverhill. These appointments can be pre-booked 1 week in advance and must be booked via our online booking system under the ‘Blow Dry Club Blow Dry’ with your unique promo code.

PAYMENT

Subscriptions are paid via direct debit only. No other payment methods, including gift cards or cash are accepted.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions are for a minimum of 3 months and renew automatically. During this period, subscriptions cannot be paused. After the first 3 months of the service, you can cancel or pause your subscription by contacting the salon directly. If you cancel once a monthly payment has been taken, you will still be able to use the service for the remainder of the month that has been charged.

Subscriptions are for one subscriber only and cannot be used by anyone else. You can not share a subscription. We may ask for photo ID if you're a new client.

SERVICES

The Blow Dry Club subscription has three tiers and services will be altered depending on which you are a subscriber of. Please be aware all services and perks are subject to availability. Outside of each tiers subscription service, add-ons, extras, treatments and drinks will be an additional charge. Any services can not be switched or adapted for other Salon services.

Tier 1: Unlimited Blow Dries, includes unlimited pre-booked (7 days prior or less) wash and blow dries followed by a basic curl or straighten. Tea and coffee will be offered during this appointment. Bouncy Blow Dries & Extension Blow Dries can be added per appointment for £7 each time.

Tier 2: Blow Dry Plus, includes unlimited pre-booked (14 days prior or less) wash and blowdries followed by a basic curl or straighten. Tea, coffee, hot chocolates and other premium hot and soft drinks will be offered during this appointment. Bouncy Blow Dries & Extension Blow Dries can be added per appointment for £7 each time.

Tier 3: Blow Dry Queen, includes unlimited pre-booked wash and bouncy blowdries followed by a curl or straightening. Tea, coffee, hot chocolates and other premium hot and soft drinks as well as cocktails and Prosecco (over 18s only) will be offered during this appointment. We may ask for ID if ordering an alcoholic drink. You will also receive 10% off any purchases of products and tools in the salon. This does not include any products or tools that are already on offer and cannot be used with any other promotions. A 30 minute facial is included per month as part of this tier. This must be booked online with your promo code and is subject to availability.

BOOKING

Appointments can be scheduled no more than 1 week in advance via our online booking system. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel, please ensure you do this more than 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled in less time will be charged at our normal cancellation fee. We cannot guarantee availability with a particular stylist and you will be assigned any Salon stylist with availability. This will change on each appointment.

UPGRADES

If you have any upgrades or added services at your blow dry appointment these will be payable at the appointment.

EXTENTIONS

If you have extensions (for thickness or length), or will be having regular bouncy blowdries you’ll need a longer appointment time and therefore means you will need to purchase a plus subscription.

OFFERS

Subscriptions can’t be combined with other offers or services.
